Change of Address - Checklist

Send change of address to:

• Friends and Relatives.
• Post Office.
• Credit Cards or hire Purchase Company.
• Subscriptions.
• Rating Authority.
• Life, Health, Fire and Car Insurance Companies.
• Drivers Licence, car registration, AA or RAC.
• Inland Revenue, for tax return purposes.
• Doctor, dentist, optician. If at present receiving hospital treatment, ask for records to be transferred.
• Laundry, newspapers, milk.
• Gas, Electricity, oil and telephone: arrange for supplies in new town.
• Ensure you have copies of pet vaccination certificates for new Veterinary Surgeon.
• Transfer current and deposit bank account if necessary.
